Vocus Pure is Vocus’ new unified partner program, bringing together the previous Vocus, Commander and ex-TPG channel programs into one simplified, partner-first framework.
Partners told us they wanted a simpler experience, fairer commercial models, stronger support and better digital tools. Vocus Pure has been designed directly from that feedback.
Partners retain ownership of the customer relationship while Vocus provides the network infrastructure, digital tools and support to help partners grow and scale.
There are two direct partner levels:

- Elite Partner
Partners can also engage in Vocus Pure through distribution.
We determined that following the acquisition of TPG Telecom's fibre assets and Enterprise, Government and Wholesale business, that having different partner classifications and differing commission models for the same or similar products was overcomplicating channel partnerships and management of our partnerships going forward. These legacy tiers have been retired and consolidated into the simplified Vocus Pure structure.
Revenue contribution is the main driver of status level. Going forward additional element such as engagement with the program, including pipeline generation, and product and sales training, will also be contributing factors.
Partners will be able to digitally order an expanded range of Vocus products and services via Frontier. These include BizPhone incorporating SIP, Fast Fibre, and Business Broadband and NBN EE.
Frontier will launch in July 2026 with four products (Fast Fibre, BizPhone incorporating SIP, Business Broadband & NBN EE), available for ordering and Partners will be enabled on the ordering platform and products.
Yes. Dedicated Channel Managers remain a key part of the Vocus partner experience.
Partners will have access to Solution Consultants for complex opportunities and L2 support through Network Operations.
Partners will receive sales and technical training, playbooks, solution guides, campaigns, webinars and GTM support.
