Vocus retail brands (iPrimus, Commander, Dodo, aaNet and Engin) are committed to customer service and meeting the Telecommunications (Customer Service Guarantee) Standard 2023 (CSG Standard). In some cases - such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or damage to our or our suppliers’ facilities - we may be unable to repair faults or connect services within usual timeframes. 

Exemptions

These events may trigger a Mass Service Disruption exemption, which temporarily releases Vocus from CSG obligations. This process is outlined in Part 3 of the CSG Standard (see the ACMA website). If you wish to challenge an exemption, you can contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO).

If a Mass Service Disruption affects your area, Vocus will notify you directly with full details.
