In 2018, Vocus was going through a major transformation when April Cooper joined the leadership team tasked with turning Vocus’ Retail portfolio around. It was evident that April was a capable leader, so her role quickly evolved to become General Manager of Product and Marketing, where she now leads a team of 35+ employees.
If you had told Natalie Davies she’d be picking up and moving to the Philippines with her husband and daughter, she would have laughed. But that’s exactly what 2020 had in store as she embarked on a new adventure with Vocus.
After Shilpa Kavadia had her first child, she took an extended maternity break from her impressive global career. That break then turned into a sabbatical, giving her opportunity to focus on her two children. Six years later, when Shilpa’s children settled into kindergarten and preschool, she felt it was time to re-enter the workforce.
