Vocus Graduate Program FAQs

Two years, where graduates will rotate through three areas of the business.

Our two-year rotational Graduate Program begins every second year in February across various teams within Vocus, and is focussed on products, information technology, program management, sales, business operations, data, customer experience and engineering. Next cohort will commence February 2025.

To be eligible, you must be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree or have completed your university studies in the last five years. You also must be an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application.

No, it does not matter which university you completed your studies at. Although the program will be based in Melbourne, and you will need to be able to relocate prior to the commencement of the program in February if you are in another state.

To be considered you’ll need a minimum 65% grade point average.

Our application process typically involves completing the online application, followed by an online psychometric test, a short video interview, attending a live or virtual Assessment Centre and lastly a final interview.

We offer a competitive salary in line with the graduate market. We will discuss this with you throughout the recruitment process.

Our flexible hybrid way of working work model supports our team members to create a balance that works for them. For most roles, team members work from a Vocus office a minimum of two days a week, with the other days working from home.

Vocus will support all performing graduates to transition into a role at the end of the two-year program.

The 2025 program is based in Melbourne, and we require you to work from the Melbourne office at least twice a week. This may require you to move interstate if you are currently located outside of Victoria.
