Vocus today announced the launch of Pure, a new partner program that gives technology solution providers access to the combined scale of the Vocus and acquired TPG fibre networks, a harmonised product roadmap and a redesigned commissions framework.

“Pure” reflects the program’s “pure channel” approach: a partner-first operating model where Vocus focuses on digital infrastructure while partners lead the customer relationship, solution design and service wrap.

The program launch follows the completion of Vocus’ $5.25 billion acquisition of TPG Telecom’s enterprise, government and wholesale fixed business and fibre assets. It represents Vocus’ commitment to building Australia’s most partner-focused telecommunications company.

Vocus is introducing Pure to partners through national roadshows in April and May.

Keith Masterton GM Channels and Alliances speaking about Vocus' new partner program named Pure at Vocus Connect 2026 roadshow for partners.
Keith Masterton, Vocus General Manager, Channels and Alliances, explains to partners how Vocus is delivering its commitment to becoming the most partner-centric telco in Australia.

Challenger DNA, partnership mindset

Vocus and TPG Telecom both grew as challengers in a market long dominated by large incumbents. That shared history shapes Vocus' view that the strongest digital infrastructure solutions come from expert providers working together.

That philosophy shapes the design of Pure. Where larger telecommunications providers have tended towards trying to control the full stack of service delivery, Vocus takes a different approach, bringing together best-of-breed solution providers whose specialist capabilities make the network more valuable for customers.

"For customers, what makes Vocus different isn't just our network – it's what our network of partners makes possible," said Keith Masterton, Vocus General Manager of Channel & Alliances. "We bring together a network of solution providers who each bring their own unique capabilities. It's an 'and' model, not an 'or' model, and that thinking runs very deep in this company."

"For our channel partners, it means they can take Vocus network solutions to market at scale and build them into their own offerings. It extends what they can deliver to their customers – and the experiences those customers receive," Masterton said.

Double the network, with more customers accessible to partners

Under Pure, partners will for the first time be able to access both the Vocus and TPG customer bases and the combined national network – now spanning more than 51,000 kilometres of owned fibre, nearly 15,000 kilometres of international submarine cables and close to 20,000 connected buildings.

Vocus further extends that infrastructure footprint through partnerships with NBN Co and Starlink, which together extend the reach of Vocus’ digital infrastructure solutions to anywhere on Australia’s entire landmass and beyond.

Pure ensures that partners and the businesses they serve benefit from the same infrastructure that underpins services for critical infrastructure operators and government departments.

Built for the partners who serve Australian businesses

Masterton said Vocus recognises that helping partners build and grow their own businesses is as important as the products themselves.

“When we help our partners build stronger businesses, they can invest more in the customers they serve. That’s how the whole ecosystem grows.”

“We want to work with partners who deeply understand the needs of the businesses they serve,” he said. “Building Vocus’ reputation as one of the most trusted organisations in digital infrastructure starts with the partners we choose to work with and who choose to work with us.”

What partners will see differently

Pure centres on three changes that will make a tangible difference to how partners operate and grow.

First, a new partner program design which promotes and rewards deep partner engagement.

Second, a redesigned commissions framework that incentivises growth and customer lifecycle management.

Third, a harmonised product roadmap that brings together the full Vocus and TPG product portfolios with embedded support and enablement.

Partners will also gain access to dedicated pre-sales support and the opportunity to work alongside Vocus in pursuing enterprise accounts, creating a dual-speed model where digitally enabled execution in the SMB market sits alongside collaborative engagement in larger, more complex opportunities.

“This is about investing in our partners,” Masterton said. “Better commissions, better digital tools, better support. We’re delivering on our aspiration to become Australia’s most partner-centric digital infrastructure provider. We’re building a program where partners will feel the difference from day one and it will only continue to improve.”

National partner roadshows

A national partner roadshow series will allow partners to meet Vocus senior leadership and hear about the changes. The first roadshow in Melbourne took place in the evening of 29 April. Sydney follows 30 April, Adelaide on 4 May, Perth on 8 May and Brisbane on 12 May.

Vocus will introduce further program enhancements progressively through 2026.
