What does the merger mean for Vocus and Amcom?

Has Amcom changed to Vocus?

The Amcom brand is now part of the Vocus Group. From 1st February 2016, we will only have the Vocus brand in market.

Is there anything my business needs to do differently?

No, there has been no change to your service or account.

What if I buy services from both Vocus and Amcom? Will I be given a new account manager?

It's business as usual, any changes to your account manager and points of contact will be communicated in due course.

Will my support contacts change?

No, all support channels remain the same.

Are there any changes to my services?

No. All of your existing Vocus services will remain the same. We will communicate any changes as needed.
