The business nbn™ Satellite Service provides voice support for customer supplied VoIP service and is not a voice provider. ^An end-user’s experience, including the speeds actually achieved over the nbn™ access network technology and configuration of which services are delivered to their premises, whether they are using the internet during the busy period, and some factor’s outside of nbn’s control (like their equipment quality, software, chosen plan, signal reception). Both downstream and upstream data usage is metered. Any unused data at end of bill cycle is forfeited, that does not carry over into next bill cycle. 1 Zero cost installation offer is valid for new services contracted for a minimum of 12 months, for roof/ground/pole mounts on mainland sites, and includes a 1.2 metre dish and related equipment. Offer excludes sites requiring civil works, island locations or where a 1.8 metre dish and equipment is required. The service cannot be downgraded from the ordered bandwidth during the first 12 month term.
