Typical Business Hours Speed (TBS): This is the typical download speed you may experience between 9am and 5pm. It is not a guaranteed minimum speed and you may experience lower speeds during this period and at other times. Speed will vary on a number of factors such as technology type, plan choice and internet traffic demand. 250/100Mbps has a TBS of 210/85Mbps. 500/200Mbps has a TBS of 425/170Mbps. 1000/400Mbps has a TBS of 894/340Mbps.
Plans are subject to line speed capability, location, feasibility, availability and service qualification by Vocus.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the nbn® Accelerate Great initiative and the free fibre upgrade.
With data usage and demand for faster internet growing, speeds are more essential. From 15 September 2025, nbn® Accelerate Great increases the bandwidth capacity on nbn connections for certain businesses and homes.
To support rising demand for bandwidth-intensive applications and deliver standout value for businesses, our speed tier 250/100Mbps on business nbn® internet now starts at just $99/month.
Over 5 million homes and businesses on FTTN or FTTC across the country are eligible for the nbn® upgrade. The nbn® is continually improving its network. As a result, the program will continue to be rolled out to more homes and businesses across Australia. Check your address on www.nbnco.com.au/residential/upgrades/more-fibre to see if your premises are eligible for a nbn® fibre upgrade today.
There is generally no charge for this upgrade. However, nbn® will complete an initial scope before the installation to determine if extra infrastructure (e.g. conduit and trenching) is required to complete the installation. If this is the case, the extra infrastructure cost may incur additional charges.
A fibre upgrade usually takes two weeks from the day it has been requested, but it can take longer if the site is heritage-listed or if nbn® needs to make technical changes at your address. We will keep you informed along the way and work with nbn® to ensure you experience a seamless transition with minimal interruption to your business.
An nbn® technician will come out to your premises and install a Premises Connection Device (PCD) on the outside of the premises and then install the Network Termination Device (NTD) on the inside of the premises.
We will contact you with the next available date for an nbn® technician to visit your premises for the installation. If you want to change the appointment time, let us know, and we can reschedule it to a time that better suits you.
