    International network

    Connecting Australia to the world

With our secure, carrier-grade network and connectivity, we can help you do business across borders.

We can help you do business across borders

Our international network spans 14,700 km of subsea cables. We’ve built and own capacity with strategic routes such as the Australia–Singapore Cable, Darwin–Jakarta–Singapore Cable and East Coast Cable systems. Our Google partnership will connect Southeast Asia with North America via Australia.

    Fibre swaps

We complement our owned infrastructure with leased capacity on routes spanning Asia, New Zealand, North America and Europe, ensuring you can choose from diverse, resilient paths for global connectivity.

    Long-term capacity leases

Along with our satellite and other connected services, we deliver future-ready connectivity to help you scale, support remote locations, expand overseas or connect multinational operations.

    International stats

    Australia Singapore Cable (ASC)

Our ASC comprises four fibre pairs, with 100 wavelengths per pair, and delivers secure, reliable capacity up to 60Tbps. It is monitored 24x7 by our Operations Command Centre facility located in Melbourne.

    The Great Southern Route (GSR)

The GSR offers a safer route for moving international data between South East Asia and North America. It starts with the ASC, connecting Singapore, Indonesia and Perth, and traverses Australia on our high-capacity fibre network to Sydney, before having multiple options for moving data to the USA.

    Global reach

We have global points of presence in multiple locations throughout the USA, Hong Kong, and Singapore. We offer connectivity to the USA via the Southern Cross Cable Network or the Hawaiki Cable.
