ADL Free
City of Adelaide’s free wi-fi network “ADL Free by Vocus” is managed and maintained by Vocus. It is available across the city and many of its iconic sites including:
- Rundle Mall
- Adelaide Central Market
- O’Connell Street
- Melbourne Street
- and all City Square

- Find and connect to “ADL Free by Vocus”
- Start using wi-fi and follow the prompts on the screen to accept the terms and conditions
VicFreeWifi
VicFreeWiFi is available outdoors in the Melbourne CBD, central Ballarat and central Bendigo. In the Melbourne CBD there are more than 400 hotspots you can access wi-fi from, including:
- Bourke St Mall
- Queen Victoria Market
- Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre - outdoors
- Melbourne Museum – outdoors
- on platforms at CBD train stations
Through partnerships with industry and local councils, we've also brought public wi-fi to Ararat, Geelong, Shepparton and the Latrobe Valley.
How to access "VicFreeWiFi"
- Look up available networks on your device
- Select 'VicFreeWiFi'
- Accept the terms and conditions
CBRfree
There are free public wi-fi spots in Belconnen, Civic, Gungahlin, Tuggeranong and Woden.
When you are in range, CBRfree wi-fi will appear on your list of wi-fi networks on your device.
How to access “CBRfree”
- Look up available networks on your device
- Choose 'CBRfree'
- Accept the terms and conditions
You do not need to provide personal details, your email or a password. You can use up to 1 gigabyte of data each day from WiFi spots across the ACT.
