About Patrick

Patrick is a leading corporate executive with a reputation for integrity, sound strategic vision and a demonstrable focus on outcomes, with more than 30 years commercial management experience in leadership roles around the Infrastructure and Industrial Services sectors. He also is the Chair of the Melbourne & Olympic Parks Trust, independent Chair VicRoads Registration and licensing and not-for-profit organisation Western Chances.

Patrick has held various executive roles, most recently as Managing Director of Utility Maintenance Systems (“UMS”), a market leading facilities, infrastructure and capital works management service provider. Prior to this, he was founding CEO and Managing Director of Utility Services Group Limited who specialise in servicing tailored solutions to a range of electricity, gas, water utilities and infrastructure clients across Australia. Patrick also headed up the Construction Division of the National Broadband Network (“nbnTM”), Australia's $50bn infrastructure project.

Before joining the National Broadband Network (“nbnTM”), Patrick was founding CEO and Managing Director of the ASX listed company Service Stream Limited, a leading services organisation, providing maintenance and capital works services to the broader Australian Infrastructure sectors, including telecommunications, water, gas and electricity. He also founded and was Non-Executive Chairman of the successful Australasian Maintenance Services Company that became Integrated Maintenance Services, now part of the publicly listed Programmed Maintenance Group. Patrick previously spent 11 years with Skilled Engineering Ltd in various roles including Group General Manager and also Executive Director of Skilled Equipment Manufacturing. Prior to this, worked in the travel industry for over a decade in various roles with Jetset.

In addition to Patrick’s extensive private sector experience, he has also served within the public sector on both State and Federal government boards for more than 15 years. Patrick was awarded the Order of Australia (AM) on the 26th of January 2023 for Significant Services to Sports Administration and Corporate Governance.
