About Michele
Michele is an experienced executive with over 30 years’ experience leading People, Communications, Corporate Affairs, and Health, Safety & Environment teams across a range of industries and geographies. Most recently, Michele was Chief People Officer at Cleanaway and prior to this she held Executive People leadership roles with Incitec Pivot, Thiess Mining Services and Worley Parsons.
Michele has an outstanding track record enabling leaders to lead the employee lifecycle, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, cultural resets, and working with ASX100 Boards on executive reward frameworks and talent management, development and succession planning. She also brings deep expertise in the setting and delivery of business aligned People and diversity and belonging strategy.
Michele is passionate about developing high value people strategies that are commercially aligned and enable businesses to reshape and reorientate in response to market shifts.
