About Mark
Mark is Independent Chair of Vocus’ Board of Directors.
Mark has extensive experience across the digital infrastructure and high growth technology sectors as the chair of ASX and NZX-listed Chorus, New Zealand’s largest wholesale fibre network, and a director of Xero and Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.
He is also a board member and investment committee chair of Accident Compensation Corporation NZ. His previous directorship roles include chair of Milford Asset Management, and director of listed companies Z Energy, Genesis Energy and Argosy Property.
Mark previously held senior investment banking positions with Deutsche Bank in London and Australia, including leadership roles in mergers and acquisitions in utilities and energy. Mark is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a chartered member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
