Kellie is an experienced people and organisational strategy leader with more than 20 years of expertise enabling high-impact HR and people outcomes across complex business environments.
Kellie brings a strong track record in partnering with leadership to drive strategic people initiatives that support growth, capability development and cultural alignment spanning organisation design, transformation and change, workforce strategy and planning.
Prior to Vocus, Kellie held a number of senior leadership roles in Telstra, most recently as Head of People and Culture for the Telstra Business organisation. She has also held senior HR and people leadership roles, underpinned by a deep commitment to people-centric leadership and business value delivery.
