JP has more than 25 years of international experience as a Group and divisional finance executive of large, complex businesses and holds an exceptional track record across a range of industries. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise in finance, strategy, and transformation in high-growth environments.
Prior to Vocus, JP was Chief Financial Officer at Blackbird Ventures, a high growth technology investor with a significant portfolio (A$7 billion AUM) and before that, was CFO of Westpac’s Specialist Businesses division. JP brings telco experience from his time as Group CFO of the Virgin Group where he worked to transform a complex portfolio business, bringing rigour and strategic overlay on capital investments, commercial agreements and instilling a performance-driven culture.
JP is a dynamic and result-focussed strategic leader with a proven track record of building solid working relationships with stakeholders operating in large, complex, and global businesses, coupled with extensive knowledge of investments, acute awareness of investor priorities, and the impact of investment decisions.
