Terms and Conditions
(1) The offer applies to orders for new FAST Fibre on‑net services supplied by Pipe Networks Pty Ltd ABN 21 099 104 122 ("Pipe") on a 250/250Mbps, 500/500Mbps, 1000/1000Mbps or 2000/2000Mbps plan with the $0 installation fee option, at an eligible building, where each service is contracted for a minimum term of 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months (each service a "Qualifying FAST Fibre On‑net Service").
(2) Pipe will apply a credit equal to the monthly recurring charge (ex GST) for each Qualifying FAST Fibre On‑net Service in the following months of the minimum term, counted from the date the service is first available for use ("Free Months"), subject to the conditions below:

(3) Free Months apply only to the monthly recurring charge for the Qualifying FAST Fibre On‑net Service. Any other charges remain payable, and the full monthly recurring charge applies in all other months of the minimum term.
(4) This offer is only available to business customers with a valid ABN.
(5) At the time of ordering, the customer must not have an active Pipe FAST Fibre on‑net service or VIE service at the same premises.
(6) Free Months apply only to new services and do not apply to upgrades, relocations, renewals, migrations, changes to existing services, or services connected in replacement of an existing Pipe FAST Fibre on‑net service or VIE service.
(7) Free Months are not redeemable for cash, may not be transferred or assigned, and cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
(8) If Pipe agrees to downgrade the service, no further Free Months apply from the date of the downgrade.
(9) If the service is cancelled or terminated before the end of the minimum term, the customer is not entitled to the Free Months, must repay all credits already applied, and must pay early termination charges calculated on the full monthly recurring charges for the rest of the minimum term.
(10) This offer is subject to service availability, site qualification and network coverage at the relevant premises.
(11) The offer is available only for services delivered in Australia.
(12) Orders must be signed and submitted on or before 30 April 2027, unless the offer is extended or withdrawn earlier.
(13) This offer may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time at Pipe's discretion. Any change will not affect orders already accepted by Pipe.
