*Free Porting Terms & Conditions

  1. Available for new and existing customers porting a new number to their account.
  2. Applicable to all new port requests submitted between 13/11/2023 to 31/01/2024.
  3. Number port cutovers must be booked and completed between the hours of 8am and 8pm AEST Monday to Friday.
  4. Number port cutovers completed outside the hours of 8am and 8pm AEST Monday to Friday will be charged as per the after hours price book.
  5. Numbers should be ported on or before 31/03/2024 otherwise standard porting charges will apply, unless the delay was caused by Vocus.
  6. Porting appointments are subject to the availability of the losing carrier.
  7. Does not apply to National Inbound Numbers (13/1300/1800), mobile numbers or NZ Numbers.
  8. Rejection, rescheduling and reversal/emergency return fees will still apply.
