Vocus appoints Charlotte Schraa to lead Channel and Go-To-Market

Vocus, Australia’s specialist fibre and network solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Charlotte Schraa, to lead its Channel Partner program, in an expanded role as General Manager, Channel and Go-To-Market, for its enterprise, government and wholesale business.

The new role will see Ms Schraa bring together strategy, operations and go-to-market functions for Vocus’ strategic alliances, and indirect partner channel, as well as her existing responsibilities of brand and marketing for Vocus’ enterprise, government and wholesale segments.

Ms Schraa joined Vocus in August 2018, after eight years at Telstra working across its wholesale and enterprise businesses, including three years leading Telstra’s indirect channel.

As one of the fastest growing telcos serving the enterprise and government market, Ms Schraa said Vocus was in a strong position to continue building its community of innovative and collaborative partners.

“I’m thrilled to take on this expanded role and lead our indirect channel program. There’s an enormous opportunity to build on all the good work that’s been done over recent years to integrate partners into our business, and now take our strategy further, and really maximise the growth opportunities we’re seeing in the market,” said Ms Schraa.

In her role, Ms Schraa brings together an experienced team of channel professionals to expand Vocus’ Channel Program.

Craig Coffey moves from product management at Vocus, to a new role as Head of Go-To-Market and Partner Strategy. Mr Coffey has strong leadership experience across product, channel, and customer advisory roles, and will play a key role in defining solutions and go-to-market models for Vocus’ indirect and alliance partners.

Lani Edwards moves into in a new role as Head of Partner Execution. Ms Edwards has vast experience working in senior channel roles across Australia and New Zealand. She and her team will be focused on partner engagement and operations.

Nikki Saunders continues in the role of Marketing Manager, Indirect Channels. Ms Saunders has played an important role over the last two years helping to shape Vocus’ Channel Partner Program.
