We invite you to access this webinar that is being hosted by Vocus Pty Ltd (“Vocus”). Please note that your invitation is subject to your agreement with these terms of use. By accessing and watching this webinar, you accept these terms of use in full. If you disagree with these terms of use (in whole or in part), you must not proceed to register for the webinar. This document describes your rights and our rights relating to this webinar. Please review these terms carefully.

Use of content

All intellectual property rights in the webinar recording, including audio, images, text, logos, names, designs, trademarks and copyright (“Content”) are owned by Vocus. Vocus has the right to publish the content on any medium at any time.

You may access, view, or listen to the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You are not allowed to distribute, reproduce, download (other than for temporary caching purposes as part of the video streaming process), display, sell, licence, alter, modify, or otherwise use any part of the content except with prior written permission from Vocus. The use of automated systems or software to copy and/or extract the whole or any part of this Webinar is strictly prohibited.

You must not directly or indirectly charge others for accessing, viewing or listening to any content, or attempt to commercialise or exploit the content in any way, which includes advertising or selling any goods and services that offer the content, including any third party software applications.

You acknowledge that Vocus has absolute editorial control over all content at all times. Vocus reserves its right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Content without giving you notice.

If you ask questions or participate in the webinar, you consent to Vocus using your name, employer’s name, image, voice, in the content.

You must not disrupt or try to disrupt the content or use the platform that is hosting the content to distribute software viruses or other harmful programs.

You must not infringe any applicable laws when accessing, viewing or listening to the content.

Due to agreements that Vocus has with third party content owners, please note that the period of time which you may access, view and/or listen to the content may vary.

Digital rights management

Vocus, its suppliers, authorised platform providers, and content partners may embed digital rights management security in the Content and/or use other technical content protection measures as required to protect the content from unauthorised access, and in order to meet obligations to third parties who own rights in the content. You must not, and must not authorise, allow or provide the means for others to, adjust or circumvent, or try to adjust or circumvent these technical measures.

Expenses and equipment

You are solely responsible for paying all expenses you may incur when accessing the content, including any internet or data service provider charges and any excess charges to that provider if you have a limit on the amount of data you can download together with all costs of the equipment and software you need to connect to for accessing the content. Vocus is not responsible if your equipment or software is not compatible for accessing the content.

Warranty disclaimer

Vocus provides the content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You understand and agree that you access the content at your own discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss whatsoever that results from such use.

No warranty is given as to the uninterrupted provision of such information or data, its accuracy or as to the results obtained through its use. The information is not intended to amount to advice or recommendations and is provided for information purposes only.

Vocus, its suppliers, authorised platform providers, and content partners disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all guarantees, warranties, or representations of merchantability, acceptable quality and fitness for any purpose, security, reliability, accuracy, timeliness and performance of the content and its hosting platform.

Vocus is not responsible for the content, availability or performance of external sites linked to or hosting Vocus content.

General

If any part of this terms of use is legally unenforceable, the terms of use do not include it. The remainder of the terms of use continues in full force.

These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
