  1. Available for new and existing customers porting a new number to Vocus.
  2. Minimum contract term is 36 months.
  3. Available to all new port requests submitted between 13/11/2023 and 31/03/2024.
  4. Number port cutovers must be booked and completed between the hours of 8am and 8pm AEST Monday to Friday.
  5. Number port cutovers completed outside the hours of 8am and 8pm AEST Monday to Friday will be quoted an after-hours porting fee.
  6. Numbers should be ported on or before 31/05/2024 otherwise standard porting charges will apply, unless there is a delay caused directly by Vocus.
  7. Applies to Australian Geographic numbers and National Inbound Numbers (13/1300/1800)
  8. Number porting fee will appear on the sales order. Porting fee will be billed and a credit will be applied to the first invoice. If the customer delays the port until after the 28/02/2024, the customer will be billed the standard porting fee at the time of the number port.
