*What is the eligibility criteria?
- To be eligible for a free fibre (FTTP) upgrade
- Your site must be within the NBN Fibre (FTTP) coverage area and be classified by NBN as “Ready for FTTP upgrade”.
- Additionally, you must order a high-speed service as follows -
- If your existing connection is FTTN you need to order 100/40Mbps speed plan or faster.
- If your existing connection is FTTC you need to order 250/25Mbps speed plan or faster.
