All Commander Phone systems require you to have a Dedicated Voice Access Component, which may be delivered via NBN, ADSL or SHDSL.

Dedicated NBN Voice Access

Is your business currently located in an NBN enabled area? NBN Dedicated Access provides a dedicated, voice only Internet service to support Commander IP Voice Services for voice calls. No Internet access is provided. This Service is available as an option only in NBN enabled areas (Ready For Service). Dedicated ADSL Voice Access

ADSL Dedicated Access is an Internet service ordered over the copper network either using our own infrastructure or infrastructure supplied to us by our wholesale partners. This optional service is designed to provide a dedicated ADSL Internet service to support Commander IP Voice services for voice calls only. To setup Dedicated Access ADSL, you will need to transfer an existing PSTN line, or order a new PSTN line from Vocus. Dedicated SHDSL Voice Access

SHDSL Dedicated Access is an Internet service ordered over the copper network either using our own infrastructure or infrastructure supplied to us by our wholesale partners. This optional service is designed to provide a dedicated SHDSL Internet service to support of Commander IP Voice services for voice calls only. SHDSL can be supplied between 1Mbps and 4Mbps depending on the infrastructure available at your location and the speed required to support the number of simultaneous calls you need.
