The Vocus Global Network

The Vocus international network is designed to connect Australia and New Zealand to the rest of the world at the highest performance possible.

The Vocus international network carries traffic from Australia and New Zealand to the US via the Southern Cross Cable Network (SCCN). The SCCN is a figure eight design, with diverse paths and built in for protection should a segment be cut or damaged. The SCCN is the only cable system between Australia and New Zealand to the US engineered to this level. In addition, we have direct capacity and low latency connectivity into Asia from Perth via SeaMeWe-3 to Singapore as well as from Sydney via the Australian Japan Cable (AJC) to Guam then onwards via Asia America Gateway (AAG) to Hong Kong.

The Vocus international network supports IP Transit, carrier grade Ethernet and SDH services and serves a variety of end users ranging from some of the worlds largest companies with multi 10 Gigabit solutions to Australian and New Zealand SME’s with only 10Mbps requirements.
